The Scotsman was a popular choice and polled 38 per cent of the vote for his performances throughout the month of August, including the opening goal in the away win against Swansea City.

From those Diamonds card holders that voted for Allan, Cara Norris was selected to receive a Diamond Mascot package and Deborah Ephgrave was drawn from the hat from all other Diamond Card holders who choose Allan to receive two tickets in hospitality and the opportunity to present the trophy after tonight's fixture against Coventry.
