With just two matches remaining before the almost month-long break commences owing to the 2022 World Cup in Qatar, the Hatters will be looking to record maximum points, starting with the trip to Staffordshire.

The opposition:

Stoke City currently find themselves in 19th position in the Sky Bet Championship, having recorded one win in their last five matches.

Alex Neil took charge of the Potters in August following a very successful spell at Sunderland, whom he helped guide back to the Championship via the play-off victory against Wycombe Wanderers.

Captain Lewis Baker is their leading scorer and creator with five goals and four assists, after adding to his tally against Birmingham City on the weekend. The former Chelsea youngster left Stamford Bridge after an 11-year period in January this year and scored eight goals in 21 league matches from midfield last season.

Last time we met:

The Hatters moved to within two points of the play-off places with a victory at the bet365 Stadium back in February.

Second half goals from Danny Hylton and Cameron Jerome were enough to seal three points on the night, despite Baker's late consolation goal.

Ticket and travel information:

784 Luton Town fans are making the trip to Staffordshire on Tuesday evening, however Stoke City have advised that pay on the day is NOT available.

Supporters travelling to Stoke should be aware that the M1 junction 17 to 16 will be closed from 9pm onwards and could cause significant disruption to their journeys.
