The Club would like to thank supporters for their generosity for the donation the ticket office received following promotion to the Premier League.

Hundreds donated to a Go Fund Me page, including Hatters manager Rob Edwards.

The Club would like to advise a small portion of the money donated will go towards a boat trip for ticket office staff to this Saturday’s match at Fulham, with the remainder of the funds going to official club charity Noah.

Ticket office manager Mike Hooker said: “This fund exceeded all expectations, and the staff were totally blown away with all the kind comments and generosity shown.

“Now things have settled slightly, the ticket office staff would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who contributed to the fund, but also advise how they plan to use it.

“We have planned a day out for as many ticket office staff as possible to attend Fulham on Saturday and, as we realise we are all one team at Luton Town, we have invited other club staff travelling to the game to join us. Our plan is to join as many supporters as possible singing our way down the Thames on the boats organised by Club 1885. That way we can then personally thank as many supporters as possible.”

If any supporter wishes to join the ticket office staff and supporters on two boats travelling on the Thames to Fulham, there are still places available. Boats will travel from Temple Tier to Putney Bridge on Saturday morning. For more information please contact Club1885 on social media or email club1885@hotmail.com.
