Wembley Tickets
Supporters will be aware digital tickets will have started to arrive now. We ask that you do not email if you have only received partial orders until tomorrow. At that stage please email with a heading 'Digital Tickets' and we will look into your issue.
To enable us to try to support all supporters the best we can with Wembley queries we would request the following:-
Phone Call or Personal visits only.
Coach Bookings
If you wish to book Coach travel, please continue to book online where possible or via phone or in person until 2pm on Thursday. There are no tickets issued for Coach travel, your names will be on lists at the relevant meeting points, and you will be allocated your Coach at the point.
Price Category Changes
We have quite a lot of supporters who have realised they have incorrectly booked wrong categories and wish to make amendments. The Ticket Office staff will continue to try to contact those that have emailed, however, will now accept calls / personal visits to resolve this as well. Supporters will be currently receiving their digital tickets, if you receive your ticket with a wrong category please continue to contact whilst we will try to amend as many as possible before close of business on Friday. Any issues after this will need to be dealt with at the Ticket Office at Wembley on the day.
Seat Moves
The Ticket Office will continue to contact Season Card Holders / Members who have requested urgent seat moves via email. We will not be able to deal with these via phone or in person and will only have time to deal with urgent matters where supporters in the party (Children) may have been separated from families.
In addition, supporters are reminded all tickets are being sent digitally to the email address on your online account. These can be held on smartphones or produced asĀ 'Print at Home' paper tickets. Either way you will need to scan QR Codes at the turnstiles.
Please do not call to try to purchase ticket as this game is sold out.
