Watch | Rob reflects on replay victory

Town manager Rob Edwards had mixed emotions after the 2-1 FA Cup replay win at Bolton on Tuesday night.

Goals from Tahith Chong and Chiedozie Ogbene booked a place in the fourth round after the League One Trotters had taken an early lead.

ā€œIā€™m pleased weā€™re through ā€“ tonight was all about winning but we were not at our best,ā€ said Edwards afterwards.

ā€œWhen we were at our best, we looked quite good, but then I thought we were a bit sloppy at times and that probably allowed them to grow into it.

ā€œHowever, Iā€™m very, very pleased weā€™re through. I think in these two games weā€™ve dropped a bit and weā€™ve nearly been punished. When weā€™re favourites itā€™s like we take our foot off the gas in certain moments, and we canā€™t afford to do that because weā€™re not good enough to do that.

ā€œSo we were a little bit off it but at the same time there was some good play in there. We had good chances but we were a bit sloppy.

ā€œThere were too many things I was frustrated with but tonight was all about winning. That was the challenge so I canā€™t fault the players too much.ā€
