The Town captain made his first visit to The Brache after suffering a cardiac arrest at Bournemouth in December.
āIt was amazing to see him back,ā said manager Rob Edwards. āWe had a really good morning seeing him around the place.
āWe handed out the debut Premier League balls with John Still and Mick Harford. It was a nice presentation; it was a special moment and great to see.
āI managed to hold it together [emotionally] but it was emotional. Itās been a really difficult time for his family first and foremost, but for us it was great to see him.
āHeās an unbelievably brave man and someone who has an unbelievable handle over all of it. I wouldnāt be how he is.
āHeās such an impressive and focused person. Thereās a rehabilitation process but heās taking it slowly, heās got a baby on the way and thatās his man focus.ā
An interview with the skipper and behind-the-scenes footage will follow in due course.
